Deadly Pitbull Terrier nearly killed a boy
A shocking incident has come to light in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
It seems that even the garden and park are not safe for children and elderly people who go there to roam and play.
An American Pitbull breed dog has fatally attacked an eleven-year-old boy in Ghaziabad.
This enthralling incident happened when the eleven-year-old boy was playing quietly in a public garden.
During that time, a woman was taking her Pitbull dog for a walk in the garden.
This breed of dog is also known as American Pit Bull Terrier.
This dog breed belongs to America and has mixed recognition.
The pitbull or the pitbull terrier has recognition from the United Kennel Club and the American Dog Breeders Association.
But does not have the recognition from American Kennel Club as a pure breed.
A Pitbull dog is a medium-sized, short-haired dog of a solid build.
Seeing the child playing, the dog became enraged and, freed from the hands of the woman with a shock, attacked the child playing nearby with a deadly attack.
By the time the boy could understand anything, he was severely bitten and was profusely bleeding.
Despite this, the big chubby Pitbull, Dog had not stopped biting the child.
The people nearby rushed toward the child to rescue him from the deadly Pitbull Dog.
But by the time people could rescue the child from the clutches of the dog.
The child was already bitten severely.
The child who was profusely bleeding and severely injured was immediately rushed to the hospital.
Where the child had more than 200 stitches on his face.
Seeing the critical condition of the child.
Local residents present at the time of the incident were enraged due to the incident.
The condition of the injured child indicated that if there had been a slight delay in the rescue work, the child's life would have been in threat.
After the incident, under pressure from the agitated local residents, the Ghaziabad civic administration took up the matter.
During the investigation, the administration found that the owner of the dog had illegally kept a Pitbull without duly registering with the civic corporation.
Ghaziabad Municipal corporation has imposed a fine of ₹ 5000/- on the owner of the dog.
A similar incident had come to light from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, some time back.

The government should
-Make vaccination mandatory for domestic pet keepers and make provision for heavy penalties in case of non-compliance.
-For the pet keepers, the government must make mandatory provisions to get appropriate insurance so that in case of any untoward incident, the victim party can get financial assistance.
